Our Services
Delivery Service
- Whenever possible, Desatnik Tree Farms can arrange to have orders directly delivered to your job site.
- The delivery fee within a 50 mile radius from our facility will be $200.00. Deliveries beyond 50 miles from our facility will be quoted upon time of order.
- Customers will be notified with an approximate time of arrival and need to have someone available at their site to unload all material. The customer is responsible for providing the labor and equipment needed to unload. Unloading of plant material must be done in a timely manner so that we can accommodate the needs of all of our clients. Excessive unloading time due to labor and/or machinery being unavailable will be subject to additional fees.
Pick-Up Policy
Call our office at (440) 834-1338 to place your order. Please provide us with the date(s) that the trees need to be picked up or delivered. You will receive a sales acknowledgment confirming your order and any special requests.
When your order is ready for pick up or delivery you will be notified by our office.
Orders will not be held for more than 7 days. After 7 days, the trees will be returned to inventory for
general sales unless prior arrangements have been
made.
- Customers wishing to pick up their orders need to call our office at (440) 834-1338 to schedule their pick up. 24 hour notice is required.
- Our staff will gladly load all orders, however it is the responsibility of the customer to provide a tarp that is suitable to cover and protect the trees during transport.
Custom dug orders must be picked up within 7 days of notification. Otherwise, future orders will be subject to prepayment in advance of digging.
Any order cancelled after material has been dug is subject to a 10% restocking fee.
